Pokemon Unite will be releasing soon for the Nintendo Switch while the Mobile release will be coming just a bit later. For many Pokemon fans who enjoy games like League of Legends, DOTA 2 and Smite, this is a game that they thought Nintendo would never make. Now it is officially coming out after months of beta tests and many different leaks. With that, many fans may be wondering, what is the Pokemon Unite Price? Here is the answer to that question.
[Realted: Updated Pokemon Unite Roster]
For other MOBAs like League of Legends, DOTA 2 and Smite, the pricing has always been simple. These games have been F2P or also known as Free to Play since they came out. The reason for this started with League of Legends when they set the standard for the financial model for MOBA games. Instead of making money with one purchase of the game, they decided that the game itself should be free but people could by different skins for their characters. This would mean that dedicated fans would buy in-game currency, likely more than once, to get amazing skins for their favorite characters.
DOTA2 and Smite would follow in kind. Seeing as these three are the most popular MOBAs in the world it would make sense for Pokemon Unite to follow a similar model. They are after all owned by the same company as League of Legends, Tencent out of China.
As many might expect, the Pokemon Unite Price will be free. This is the same for both the Nintendo Switch and the Mobile version of the game. this also means that individuals will be able to buy in-game currency to get skins for their favorite Pokemon. It will be interesting to see how much free stuff they give out for their initial player base as well.
