After some rampant speculation on who could be GodsB‘s “reinforcement”, the cat is finally out of the bag. Projectile DPS Architect is now on the Pink and Blue squad as referenced in the latest chapter of the Spark’s manga series.
How about an addition?
Please welcome @Shock_Architect as flex! He joins us as a reigning champion from @SFShock . We are so excited to have you join and can’t wait for the OWL veteran with a huge hero pool to shine with the Spark. Welcome! d(`・∀・)b

The San Fransisco Shock announced Sunday afternoon that the rights to the highly touted damage player had been transferred to another OWL team. From this point, it was all but confirmed that Architect would be joining some of his former teammates in Hangzhou.
Just a few hours after the Shock’s formal tweet, they tweeted a lighthearted Animal Crossing themed tweet to set up the announcement.

From there, Hangzhou responded and formally introduced the Korean DPS player to the team via Twitter.
Before joining the OWL in 2018, Minho “Architect” Park played for APEX team X6-Gaming alongside current Spark players Ria, BeBe, and the aforementioned GodsB. So, it makes a great deal of sense to bring in such a talented player who already has the chemistry with many of Hangzhou’s core.
With this being said, Adora has been GodsB’s right-hand man since the inception of the Spark. More recently, Adora has also been one of the league’s more potent Echo players. On the other end of things, Architect has not been getting as much playtime on the Shock this season as his skillset may warrant. With that, he could potentially become an instant starter on the Spark. The interesting aspect of this scenario is how Hangzhou’s coaching staff will decide to divide the minutes between the hot-hand of Adora and the pure talent and flex capabilities of Architect.
Regardless, the Spark now have their reinforcement in the form of a 2019 OWL champion.
