Cooper, 25, was traded to the Cowboys for a first-round pick midway through the 2018 season. He quickly developed into Dallas’ top receiver and helped the offense be more dynamic. In his career, Cooper has 357 receptions for 5,097 yards and 33 touchdowns.
Signing Cooper was a necessity for the Cowboys, as they lost another star, cornerback Byron Jones already. Now the Cowboys will have to try and re-sign Randall Cobb to keep most of the offense from last season together.
