2. Dallas Cowboys
Last Year Record: 4-12
Key Additions: RB Alfred Morris

Big Games: Oct. 9 vs. Cincinnati, Oct. 16 @ Green Bay, Nov. 13 @ Pittsburgh, Dec. 1 @ Minnesota
I believe Dak Prescott can steer the ship successfully. He may play so well that Tony Romo will be forced to retire; he should with the continuing back issues. The Cowboys have the best offensive line in all of football. With Ezekiel Elliot and Alfred Morris all they need to do is run the football as much as possible and they will be okay. This offense will control the clock keeping their below average defense off of the field.
The reason I won’t pick the Cowboys to win the division is because of their defense. They don’t have a great pass rusher who can change the game. Rolando McClain will be suspended for the first 10 games and Sean Lee can’t seem to stay healthy. Their secondary is average at best. You see where I am going here? The only way this team will win games is on offense. A great run game with a rookie quarterback can only take a team so far. The Cowboys will finish around eight or nine wins, falling short of the NFC East crown.
