VALORANT Outlaw Sniper Leaked as New Gun

The guns in VALORANT are iconic. Deciding between the Operator, Vandal, Phantom and more is always important. Not only for the round you are playing in but also for the econ and flow of the entire match. That is why it is rare to see a game like VALORANT adding new weapons. Well, it looks as if Season 8 will be changing things up. A new gun for VALORANT has been leaked, here is what is known about the Outlaw Sniper.

VALORANT New Gun Outlaw Sniper

Below is a picture of the new gun, the VALORANT Outlaw Sniper rifle. Which, according to @ValorLeaks on Twitter, will be releasing with VALORANT Episode/Season 8.

There had been some leaks and rumors before about a new Sniper. While many just assumed this was Chamber’s sniper and people were freaking out about nothing, others dug deeper. What they found was a gun called the Outlaw was getting playtested.

There is no doubt that this gun will change the VALORANT meta as we know it.

What does VALORANT adding a New Gun Mean?

So then, what does VALORANT adding a New Gun mean?

Well, it will depend on how strong the gun is. Since it is in the sniper category, it would be safe to assume that it is going to have good range and be a semi-automatic rifle. But how will this one be different grom the Guardian?

Will it hit harder, be more or less accurate, or maybe all of the above?

Still so much is unknown about this new gun. That being said, the Outlaw is a cool name and is clearly based on western rifles used in the late 1800s and early 1900s. A comparison to a different game could be the gun that Ashe uses in Overwatch 2.
