
The Los Angeles Lakers have fired head coach Darvin Ham according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
With the Lakers, Ham went 90-74 and helped the team make the Western Conference Finals. This season, the Lakers went 47-35. They won the play-in to earn the no. 7 seed in the Western Conference, but lost to the Nuggets in five games.
Ham has also been an assistant coach for the Lakers, Hawks and Bucks in his career. These last two seasons with the Lakers presented his first chance at being a head coach in the NBA.
