In a tweet shared today by @TFT, the tentative patch changes for patch 9.23 have been revealed. These changes appear to address several of the expected adjustments, including a nerf to Shadow and a buff to Wardens. The tentative changes can be seen, generally, in the featured image of this piece.
These changes, to be clear, are subject to change before they hit live servers in the coming weeks, according to developers. However, if past iterations prove consistent, these changes should be more or less the ones players can expect in their games once it goes live.

The Return of Ranked
In addition to these changes, patch 9.23 is expected to bring back the return of the Ranked mode. This means that players will be able to complete their placements once patch 9.23 hits live servers, which should take place somewhere close to November 20, according to the patch calendar that was posted by Riot Games back in February.
As all of this continues to take shape, be sure to check out The Game Haus’s collection of guides for the new Elemental set, which includes tier lists, compositions for each elemental board and more to make sure you’re as ready as you can be for patch 9.23 and Ranked.
