During the latest TFT Dev Update, the team revealed a lot about the future plans and how things are going to go in 2022 for TFT fans. They started the update by discussing the new Lunar Legend Festival that will run until TFT Set 6.5 Neon Nights. The theme for the next set was revealed to the aplomb of many. Then they decided to reveal the Roadmap for the entirety of 2022. Here is a look at the TFT 2022 Roadmap.

The TFT 2022 Roadmap showed off some big surprises for fans. The first was the reveal of TFT Set 6.5 Neon Nights. In this, they told fans about some of the champions that would be leaving the set while revealing some of the ones that would join, including Silco from Arcane.
Then to almost everyone’s surprise, they revealed so of the theme for TFT Set 7. This one would be centered around Dragons and apparently would be coming near the end of the Spring and into the Summer of 2022. As they generally stay on a three-month schedule, this was not too big of a surprise. One area that seemed to be missing was Set 7.5. Either they will announce it later or this could be the first Set since Set 2 that does not receive a .5.
As for the rest, TFT will be celebrating its three-year anniversary during TFT Set 7. This will surely be one to celebrate as the game continues to get better. Lastly, they even let fans know that TFT Set 8 was on the docket for the Fall to finish out the year.
There is no doubt that TFT fans will be in for some great content with the release of TFT Set 6.5 and the rest of the 2022 plan.
