Overwatch 2 has now been officially announced. Several details were included in the official Blizzcon 2019 announcement, however, there has since been much more information that has gone live about the new game. This includes updates to the website, new maps, updates to the appearances of several heroes, a new PvP map type and now the first look at new in-game loot/items that will be offered in Overwatch 2’s PvE missions.
This was revealed on-stream from popular Overwatch streamer xQc, where he is seen streaming alongside several others in one of the new PvE missions. There appear to be health packs and a deployable shield that looks like it can be used as a consumable. Fans can continue watching this on his stream, as well as tuning into the Blizzcon website to get more information.
The Game Haus will continue to provide updates as they are made available.
