Right after TimTheTatman went on stream with Jeff Kaplan to unveil the new character and first reveal her weapon, abilities and ultimate, Echo was released on the PTR. She is now officially live to play. TimTheTatman is currently streaming the new hero alongside Jeff Kaplan.
None of the skins, emotes or any other aesthetics have been released for Echo yet, only her abilities and basic skin are available on the PTR. Heroes typically are on the PTR for two weeks. Expect Echo to be there around that much time and come to live near the end of the month.
