Howard, 25, spent his first three seasons in Chicago before playing for the Eagles last season. In all, he has 3,895 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns in his career. The Bears moved on from him due to the presence of Tarik Cohen, while the Eagles didn’t make a huge effort to re-sign him because they have Miles Sanders on their roster.
The Dolphins have made plenty of moves in free agency, as they have improved their offensive line, defense and now the running back position.
