The Arizona Cardinals have officially designated Marquise Brown to return from IR. He can not only return to the practice field, but could also could play on Monday night against the San Francisco 49ers, if the team deems him healthy enough.
PFF’s Ari Meirov reported the news via Twitter on Wednesday.
Brown (and a third-rounder) was traded to the Cardinals on the first day of the 2022 NFL Draft for a first round selection. He’s played in only six games this season, then was placed on injured reserve on October 20.
While with Baltimore, Brown served as a WR1, for the most part. He racked up 195 catches for 2,361 yards and 21 touchdowns as a Raven. This year, his first as a Cardinal, he has 43 receptions for 485 yards and three touchdowns.
