After talking about the Watchers for so long and hear about them every time a player plays an ARAM, Riot finally gave fans a little taste of the Watchers. Under the Howling Abyss there are a lot of eyes literally watching everything that goes on above them. It seems as though they have been trapped down there for a long time and Volibear came to give them a visit. Also coming with this was a new Volibear skin Thousand Pierced Volibear.
