According to a report by Dot Esports and Jacob Wolf, Rogue has reached a deal with Evil Geniuses for Kacper “Inspired” Sloma. Inspired was signed with Rogue through 2023, but after not making it out of Groups again at Worlds, the team has moved on.
Sources: @Rogue are nearing completion of buyout deal with @EvilGeniuses for @Inspiredlol.
A deal between the two isn't signed — but it's expected to be one of the first completed on Nov. 15, the night the free agency window opens.https://t.co/oOSqktLaCp

For Rogue, this is another step of the roster falling apart. Steven “Hans Sama” Liv, their Superstar ADC, is reportedly coming to Team Liquid. These two players leaving is a huge blow to the roster. Rogue is probably going to have to go through another rebuild period to replace these two amazing players.
With this news, EG is deciding to move on from both Juan “Contractz” Garcia and Dennis “Svenskeren” Johnsen. For EG, this is a pretty big win. Contractz and Svenskeren were both upper half LCS Junglers, but they never were in contention for the best. This move with Inspired puts EG in a spot to compete for that title. Jungle was the biggest point of struggle in 2021 and while Contractz added some stability, it’s good to see a solid pick.
The Future of Evil Geniuses:
Evil Geniuses is looking to be one of the more interesting 2022 rosters. With Impact, IgNar and Danny pretty much guaranteed to stay, the spotlight now moves to Mid Lane. EG are rumored to be looking at two options. The first is to start their superstar 17 year old Academy Mid Laner, Jojopyun. The second is going for a veteran, in this case, Jensen. Due to the amount of conflicting information in leaks / rumors, it seems like EG has yet to make up their mind. The Game Haus is not able to verify which way EG is leaning.
All in all, this seems to be a win win trade for both Rogue and Evil Geniuses. With Rogue Losing Hans Sama, it seemed like they were destined to rebuild. For EG, this brings them one step closer to an LCS Title and Worlds 2022.
