LoL Esports announced a new partnership between the League Championship Series (LCS) and Buffalo Wild Wings. According to the announcement, “The multi-year partnership marks the first-ever streaming deal between an esports property and a major restaurant chain to livestream events at scale.”

The announcement does not go into much detail. LoL Esports did state that the deal begins for 2020 Summer Playoffs, which kick off August 13. They imply Buffalo Wild Wings will live stream the LCS broadcast at their restaurant locations. The announcement also mentions “activations will include unique menu items, customer merchandise and co-branded promotions and broadcast integrations.”
Buffalo Wild Wings joins Alienware, Honda, Mastercard, Red Bull, Samsung SSD, Secret Lab, State Farm, Verizon, and Bud Light as an LCS partner.
