At the beginning of the year, League of Legends and Riot Games announced The Ruined King Viego was coming to the game. With his announcement, they also revealed that the next three champions to come in 2021 would all revolved around him. The first one was Gwen, The Hallow Seemstress. Then the next two to come out are a “Gloomy Yordle” and a mid lane marksman. Although the Yordle was supposed to come first, they moved them back for the marksmen which if the leaks are correct should be Akshan. Here is a look at what is known about Akshan from those leaks.

Gwen has been out for a while and even though the Dr. Mundo rework was also released recently, for Riot to keep up with the six champions every year, they are going to have to get to work. So far this year they have released just Gwen and Viego as reworked champions do no count. That means that there are still four champions left to come out over the next six months with the Yordle and Akshan being the only ones who have been revealed so far.
As for Akshan, their name came from a Wild Rift leak. That means that it is possible that this may not be the champion’s name. Also, the picture below may not actually be what they look like.
That said, it looks convincing considering the new champion has already been shown to use a grappling hook of sorts.
With the Sentinel of Light event coming soon for Wild Rift, it would seem like Akshan will be getting announced soon. As soon as that happens The Game Haus will be on it so keep it here at TGH to stay updated.
