FaZe Clan Goes Remote
In an effort to keep staff, employees, and families safe, FaZe Clan have implemented a stay at home policy amid growing concerns over COVID-19. This policy enables their employees to remain home indefinitely. Despite the change, FaZe Clan have said they “are going to use this time to double efforts in making sure the FaZe Clan content [fans] know and love continues throughout all of [their] collective channels during this period of new-found free time. Expect more exciting news about this soon!”
What Content is Available?
FaZe Clan are one of the most popular esports organizations in the World. They have professional teams and players in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, FIFA, Call of Duty, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds. With new videos every week, FaZe, and their lengthy list of creators feature a range of content that appeals to a broad audience.
Since their company-wide shutdown on March 13, they have already begun cranking out content across all media platforms. The FaZe Clan and their Call of Duty team the Atlanta FaZe can be found on the following platforms:
On their main Youtube channel, fans are given a behind the scenes look at their favorite players. This includes team and player introductions, vlogs, challenges, tournaments, and so much more. For the OG fans, nostalgia is about to be real. Content creator FaZe Rain has stated that he is back on his Youtube grind and will be posting daily videos again alongside FaZe Adapt and FaZe Teeqo. The FaZe House has also made its return, and a formal tour will be given sometime this week on their main Youtube channel. It’ll be just like old times but better and on a much bigger scale.
The Atlanta FaZe Youtube will also have a bunch of new content at the ready. In their latest content drop, they unveiled their new UnFaZed series that pieces together player thoughts, interviews, and key plays to victory into 15-25 minute long episodes. Only two episodes in, Episode Three, will likely feature footage from CDL LA.
FaZe boasts over 100 members, a majority of those being content creators. This means that at any moment, a FaZe member is likely to be live-streaming. There is no dedicated streaming platform for FaZe but they can be found on Mixer, Twitch, Youtube or Facebook. It all depends on the content creator.
