1. Carson Beck, QB, Georgia Bulldogs
Georgia played close with Tennessee to start, but then pulled away in the second half. They played efficiently on offense, which includes quarterback Carson Beck. In this game, Beck passed for 347 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. He also had 32 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground.
The biggest thing in this game for Beck was limiting turnovers. He protected the football and was able to move the offense. While it might be hard for him to regain the draft stock that he has lost, Beck played well and can improve his stock with bigger games down the stretch.
2. Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon Ducks
Oregon had a tough time on the road against Wisconsin, but were able to come away with a win. They had some impressive play from their defense, including their defensive line. Derrick Harmon didn’t record a stat, but had a good game nonetheless.
Harmon showed great athleticism for his size and was disruptive. He took on double teams well, although he was called for defensive holding on one. Adding strength can make him a more complete player, but he has really improved his stock. He could be a first-round selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.
3. Dontay Corleone, DL, Cincinnati Bearcats
Cincinnati had a tough loss on the road to Iowa State. The defense played solidly, while the defensive line had some key plays. Corleone helped with a few of those, as he had two tackles and one tackle for loss.
His good game can help his stock, but Corleone has a lot of good tape. He showed the ability to take on multiple blockers and play strong. Corleone did have to leave the game due to injury. He is still on pace to be picked in the first three rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft.
4. Marcus Mbow, OT, Purdue Boilermakers
Purdue had a tough game against Penn State and didn’t put up much of a fight. Their offense did not look good. They still have a bright spot in Marcus Mbow.
Mbow played well against Penn State. He will likely be picked in the top two rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft. He has good athleticism to pull and get to the second level. While his measurements might make him change his position to guard in the NFL, he looks like he can be very successful.
5. Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona Wildcats
Arizona kept their bowl hopes alive by defeating Houston on Friday night. They played solidly on offense and a lot of that was thanks to the blocking up front. Savaiinaea did his part for the Wildcats.
This season, Savaiinaea has really stepped up his game this season. He has good strength and can anchor as a pass protector. Although he may be moved to guard at the NFL level, that actually could help fit his skillset more. He is projected to be selected in the first two rounds.
