What is the TFT Set 5 “Reckoning” Release Date?

With TFT Set 4.5 Festival of Beasts in full swing, fans are already looking towards TFT Set 5 Reckoning. During the League of Legends Livestream, they did give some very small details on TFT Set 5. A few champions were revealed and it seems like a pretty epic theme of gods and a battle between the light and dark coming with the new Set. Now fans may start to wonder, what is the release date for TFT Set 5 Reckoning? Here is a look at when it could release.

Since no date has been officially announced, there are a few pieces of information that have been released that can help predict what the most likely release date is for TFT Set 5. The first is looking at the release date for TFT Set 4.5. It was on January 21 with patch 11.2. The roadmap and the way TFT has been running is that there is a new Set or a .5 Set every three months.

With that knowledge, players can start looking down the road for TFT’s Set 5 release date. Three months after Set 4.5 is April. Then players can check what the TFT Patch Schedule has for April and note that there are two dates for patches.

The first possible release date for TFT Set 5 is patch 11.8 which comes out April 14 and the second is 11.9 which arrives on April 28.

It is now confirmed that TFT Set 5 Reckoning will be coming out on April 28.

This is all assuming that the TFT team sticks with their current schedule. What is most likely to happen is that fans see TFT Set 5 on the PBE with patch 11.8. Then the full release would come with patch 11.9 on April 28.
