The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to sign Marc Gasol to a two-year deal, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe.

Last season with the Raptors, Gasol averaged 7.5 points and 6.3 rebounds on 26.4 minutes per game.
With the Lakers, Gasol will not be expected to carry a huge load but to provide solid shooting and defense. Despite his underwhelming raw numbers last season, Gasol shot 38.5% from behind the three-point-line and provided excellent defense.
Gasol will get the chance to win a title with the same franchise as his brother, Pau Gasol.
