Clarkson, 28, finished out last season with the Jazz after being traded from Cleveland. He is a six-year vet who has averaged 14.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game in his career.
The Jazz used him off the bench last year, but he still played 24.7 minutes per game for them. He will likely have a similar role this season.
