De’Aaron Fox has agreed to a five-year, $163 million max extension with a clause to be a $195.6 million super max according to the Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Fox, 22, has played three full seasons with the Kings after being drafted fifth overall in the 2017 NBA Draft. Last season was his best yet, as he averaged 21.1 points and 6.8 assists per game.
The Kings will look to continue to build around Fox in the next few years after agreeing to this contract.
