The 24-year-old spent the first two years of his career with the Golden State Warriors where he played a role in one championship. Last season with the Warriors, Bell scored 3.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.
Minnesota will get a big man to come off the bench and fill a role for the team. With Taj Gibson joining the Knicks, Bell could see some quality minutes for the Timberwolves next season.
