The brand new patch is here. But as with most “d” patch iterations, Wild Rift 4.3d is a rather small update. Rather than striving to drastically shift the game’s balance, it instead simply adds minor changes targeted towards stabilizing the meta by either buffing outlier picks or nerfing some overwhelmingly strong picks.
