The San Francisco Shock are gearing up for another championship run. After recently signing flex DPS start Charlie “Nero” Zwarg, the Shock are adding one more all-star to the already dominant roster. On Tuesday December 1, the San Francisco Shock announced the signing of former London Spitfire hit-scan player Gil-seong “Glister” Lim.
The addition of Glister comes as a massive surprise to the Overwatch League fans. Many followers of the league assumed the signing of Nero signified the end of the Shock’s roster announcements. However, it appears as though Glister’s delayed free agency prompted San Francisco to reach out to the DPS stud and get him on the roster as soon as possible. Glister now joins the team that now currently has five damage dealers waiting in the wings.
