Mek0 is one of the most lauded flex tanks in the Overwatch League. He achieved a third-place finish in Apex Season 2 with LW Blue, then went on to strong results and a 2019 playoff appearance with the Excelsior.
He is the second Korean player the Outlaws have signed this offseason, along with Jung-geun “Rapel” Kim. Houston’s roster has been majority Western and English-speaking since its creation, with the exception of former DPS Wonhyeop “ArHaN” Jeong, who played only a handful of maps.
Mek0 joins fellow flex tanks Matt “Coolmatt” Iorio and Alexandre “Spree” Vanhomwegen on the Outlaws’ roster.
