The Dallas Fuel have signed Yong-Jin “Yong” Kim as an assistant coach for the 2020 season. Formerly a coach for Element Mystic, Yong has taken the team to a championship in several past Overwatch Contenders tournaments, including “The Gauntlet” held in October.
Another one secured. ☑️

Interestingly, Yong isn’t the only talent the Dallas Fuel has picked up from Mystic this offseason. Dong-ha “Doha” Kim, formerly of Element Mystic, also signed with the Dallas Fuel on November 12. For Fuel fans, both are picks worth watching. As their final act as members of Element Mystic, Yong and Doha brought home another championship in the NetEase Esports X Tournament in November. Both player and assistant coach have a proven track record of championships. That experience should benefit Dallas Fuel in 2020.
