Pending a physical, wide receiver Allen Robinson will find himself on his fourth team in 2023. The Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly finalizing a trade for Robinson, which includes the Rams paying some of his salary next year.
The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported the news via Twitter on Tuesday.
Robinson was a second round selection in the 2014 NFL Draft out of Penn State. He played for the Jaguars, the team which drafted him, for four years before signing a three-year deal with the Bears. His second three-year deal came with the Rams in 2022, after their Super Bowl win.
Last season, his only with Los Angeles, Robinson played and started in 10 games before landing on injured reserve for one of many times in his career. He caught 33 passes for 339 yards and three touchdowns. He led the league in receiving touchdowns (14) in 2015, his only Pro Bowl season.
