Veteran linebacker Sean Lee is returning to the Dallas Cowboys. His agent confirmed the re-signing in a tweet.
The NFL’s Ian Rapoport reported the news via Twitter on Tuesday, citing Lee’s agent.

Lee has been injury-prone during his NFL career. He did play in all 16 games during the 2019 season, however. He had one interception, four defended passes and one sack. He also tallied 86 combined tackles.
More of a coverage linebacker, Lee led the league in interception yards in 2013 with 174. His veteran presence will be welcome back to the Cowboys locker room.
