Dalton was the Bengals quarterback for nine years with the Cincinnati Bengals before being released after the team selected Joe Burrow with the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He, then, signed with the Cowboys on a one-year deal, playing in 11 games and starting in nine after Dak Prescott went down with an injury.
He spent last season with the Bears, playing in eight games and starting six. Dalton threw for 1,515 yards and eight touchdowns and nine interceptions. Chicago went 6-11 last year, as rookie Justin Fields took most of the snaps over Dalton.
