The Raiders signed Chandler Jones to pair with Maxx Crosby, which opened up the trade market for Ngakoue. Ya-Sin will help the secondary, while the pass rush was also improved.
Indianapolis ranked near the bottom of the league in sacks last season at 1.9 per game. The addition of Ngakoue will add to Tyquan Lewis and Kwity Paye as the major pass rushers on the Colts.
Ngakoue, 26, is a former third-round pick. In six NFL seasons, he has played for the Jaguars, Vikings, Ravens and Raiders. He has 55 sacks in his career and totaled 10 last year for the Raiders.
Ya-Sin is a 25-year-old former second-round pick by the Colts. He has 20 passes defended and two interceptions in his career.
