Wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins is receiving a new deal after being set to become an exclusive rights free agent this offseason. The New York Giants have signed him before his official free agency window began, but the exact details of the deal are unknown at time of writing.
The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported the news via Twitter on Thursday.
Hodgins was a sixth round pick of the Buffalo Bills back in 2020, making his NFL debut in August of 2021. He played in Buffalo until November of 2022, when he was waived. The Giants claimed Hodgins off of waivers the next day.
He played in eight games for the Giants in 2022-2023, starting five of them. Hodgins hauled in 33 of 42 targets for 351 yards and four touchdowns. He never scored for the Bills during his year-plus there. The Game Haus will update this article if/when his contract details become clear.
