Safety Marcus Williams is moving teams on a huge new contract. He will be signing with the Baltimore Ravens on a five-year, $70 million deal. This fills a huge need in Baltimore, as their secondary was mauled by injuries in 2021. Williams has stayed relatively healthy throughout his NFL career.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported the news via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.

Drafted out of Utah in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft, Williams has played his entire career with the New Orleans Saints. He played for New Orleans under the franchise tag in 2021, allowing him to become a free agent in the 2022 offseason.
Williams has started in every NFL game in which he has played. Throughout his five-year career, he has missed just five games. In 2021, he had two interceptions, eight passes defended, 74 combined tackles and a forced fumble.
