Running back Jeff Wilson has re-signed with the Miami Dolphins on a two-year, $8.2 million deal according to Adam Schefter.
Wilson, 27, played four and a half seasons with the 49ers before being traded to Miami last season. In eight games for the Dolphins, Wilson had 92 carries for 468 yards and two touchdowns. For his career, he has 2,125 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns.
The Dolphins already brought back Raheem Mostert in free agency, which means they will have a similar backfield in 2023. Both Mostert and Wilson played in San Francisco for Mike McDaniel when he was the offensive coordinator.
