Henry, 27, rushed for 937 yards and 10 touchdowns through eight games this season. He eclipsed the 2,000-yard mark in a season in 2020. In his career, Henry has rushed for 6,797 yards and 65 touchdowns.
With Henry set to miss time, the Titans will turn to Jeremy McNichols at running back. McNichols is in his fifth season out of Boise State. He has rushed for 38 yards this season and 246 yards in his career.
The Titans have a three-game lead over the Colts in the AFC South and will hope to hang on without Henry.
