Galarian Rapidash Pokemon Unite Abilities

The Galarian Rapidash Pokemon Unite Abilities are not yet confirmed but with many people already showing some gameplay footage, it is not surprised that we have a good idea of what is coming. Below is a look at

Passive: Pastel Veil

• Effect: Charges a psychic gauge as Rapidash moves. A full gauge grants a shield that provides immunity to hindrances.

Basic Attack:

• Effect: Fires energy from its horn, enhanced by the Pastel Veil effect.

Tackle:

• Effect: Dash towards a targeted Pokemon dealing damage.

Confusion:

• Effect: Has the user release a telekinetic force around itself, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon. If this move hits opposing Pokemon, the user’s movement speed is increased for a short time.

Dazzling Gleam:

• Effect: Deal damage in an area around itself.

Smart Strike:

• Effect: Rapidash stabs an enemy with its horn, then leaps away while pushing the opposing Pokémon in the opposite direction.

Agility:

• Effect: Increases the user’s movement speed when used, and for a set amount of time, the user’s movement speed continually increases. This moves duration increases if the user moves or hits opposing Pokemon with moves.

Fairy Wind:

• Effect: Rapidash jumps and creates a fairy wind, damaging nearby enemies. Can be used multiple times in succession.

Unite Move: Triad Blitz

Effect: Charges forward, shoving enemies in its path. Upon stopping, it traps the first enemy hit in a mysterious space. Rapidash can then charge again, dealing damage to any enemies in its path and resetting the move if it passes through the trapped space.

We do know that this will be the first All-Rounder Pokemon that is special attack based. At least in the main Pokemon games. There is no doubt that this will open up the doors for other Pokemon of a similar nature in the future.

Along with this, as you can see from the moves used in the video, Galarian Rapidash will be certainly in the middle of fights. It will be ranged in terms of auto-attacks but it will be diving in and ready to make plays.

Galarian Rapidash Pokemon Unite Release Date

The Galarian Rapidash Pokemon Unite Release Date will be on January 23, 2025.

That is right, this Pokemon will be the first added in 2025. This should not be a major surprise considering the leaks and rumors had been swirling around Tinkaton and Galarian Rapidash coming next. That being said, the choice to do a regional form is very interesting and is the first one since Alolan Ninetales back at release.

After Galarian Rapidash?

As of now, it is not clear which Pokemon will be arriving after Galarian Rapidash.

The same leaks and rumors that were released about Tinkaton and Galarian Rapidash stated that Alcreamie and Empoleon were options. Should this be the case, we should know soon as the next one will be likely revealed in the next month or even a few weeks following Galarian Rapidash’s release.
