The NFL is now allowing every team to wear an alternate helmet for the first time in the 2022-2023 season. Many teams have already unveiled their new helmets, and the Arizona Cardinals are the latest. They went with a black helmet, like many other teams.
PHNX Cardinals, a fan page and media site, tweeted a picture of the helmet, which was credited to the Arizona Cardinals franchise.

The Cardinals are the sixth team to make their alternate helmets black. The Eagles, Panthers, Jets, Commanders and Saints all went with black helmets, too. Arizona plans to wear these new helmets on August 21 against the Ravens, October 9 against the Eagles and October 20 against the Saints. They have also released that they will be worn with their alternate and color rush uniforms.
TGH will be updating fans every time a team releases images of their new helmets, and ranking them when all 32 have been released.
