The 2024 NFL Draft is over and teams are getting comfortable with their new draft picks. The next class of players is getting prepared now for another year of college football. Each position will be analyzed in the coming days. Here is the 2025 NFL Draft prospect watchlist: Interior Offensive Linemen.
Tyler Booker, Alabama Crimson Tide
Booker was a four-star recruit in the 2022 class who signed with Alabama out of Florida. He saw some playing time as a freshman and was named Freshman All-SEC. Booker jumped into the starting lineup in 2023 and impressed at left guard, being named First Team All-SEC.
He is a huge interior lineman at 6-foot-5 and 352 pounds. Booker has good power and can move people out of the way in the run game. He also anchors really well in pass protection. Booker doesn’t have the best mobility to get to the second level, but his power makes him the early favorite to be the first interior offensive lineman drafted in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Donovan Jackson, Ohio State Buckeyes
Jackson was a highly-touted recruit who saw the field as a reserve during the 2021 season. He stepped into the starting lineup at left guard in the 2022 season. His play helped the Buckeyes reach the College Football Playoff. In 2023, Jackson started again and helped the Buckeyes win 11 games during the season.
At 6-foot-4 and 320 pounds, Jackson has good size for the position. He has good strength and can anchor well in pass protection. Jackson can get to the second level decently as a run blocker, but does struggle against athletic interior pass rushers. He can also work on his awareness of where pressure is coming from.
Tate Ratledge, Georgia Bulldogs
As a four-star prospect in the class of 2020, Ratledge signed with Georgia to stay in-state. He played sparingly in his first two seasons on campus. In 2022, he started most games at right guard, helping the team win a National Championship. For the 2023 season, he returned to the starting lineup and was a Second Team All-American.
He has good size for a guard at 6-foot-6 and 310 pounds. With his size comes solid length and strength. He can move defenders out of the way in the run game and he anchors well in pass pro. He can let his pad level get too high and can struggle to move laterally, which hurts his stock.
Jonah Savaiinaea, Arizona Wildcats
As a three-star recruit out of Hawaii, Savaiinaea signed with Arizona in the class of 2022. He started immediately for the Wildcats in his freshman season. For the 2023 season, Savaiinaea started again gaining experience at right tackle as Arizona won 10 games.
He has great size at 6-foot-6 and 330 pounds. While he has found success in college at tackle, he might be a better fit at guard. He has good strength and can overpower defenders. Savaiinaea can struggle with some of the more athletic edge rushers, so the move inside could get the best out of him.
Other Draft Prospects to Watch
Parker Brailsford, Alabama Crimson Tide- Brailsford started his career at Washington and was a Pac-12 Second Teamer last season. He followed his coaching staff to Alabama with a chance to really improve his stock this season.
Ajani Cornelius, Oregon Ducks- After playing two seasons at Rhode Island, Cornelius transferred to Oregon last season. He started at right tackle for the Ducks, but may move inside for the next level.
Clay Webb, Jacksonville State Gamecocks- Webb played the first few years of his career at Georgia before becoming a star at Jacksonville State. He was an All-American in 2023.
