Valentine, 27, has played for the Bulls for three seasons and has been a key reserve. He has averaged 7.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
The Bulls will hope that Valentine can provide a good role player off the bench to go with newly drafted Patrick Williams.
