Lopez is a one-time All Star selection in 2012-2013 during his first year with the Brooklyn Nets. Last season, he was a key piece to the Milwaukee Bucks’ NBA Championship run. In the playoffs, Lopez was a co-leader in games played, at 23, averaging 13 points and 5.9 rebounds.
In his only game in the 2021 season, he scored eight points on 33 percent shooting and grabbed five rebounds in 28 minutes. Many Bucks fans want to see DeMarcus Cousins take over Lopez’s role while he is recovering from back surgery.
