The Minnesota Twins are adding relief pitcher Michael Fulmer from the Tigers in a trade according to Jon Heyman.

Fulmer, 29, has a 3.20 ERA this season in 41 appearances. He has played six MLB seasons with the Tigers and has starting experience with a 3.90 ERA.
Minnesota has upgraded their pitching before the deadline, as they acquired Jorge Lopez from the Twins, Tyler Mahle from the Reds and now Fulmer. They have a 54-48 record and are in first place in the AL Central as they prepare to battle for the playoffs.
There is no report on the return the Tigers will receive yet.
