A.J. Pollock will finally have his new home as he has signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Reports are that it is for more than $55 million over four years with a player option for a fifth year at $10 million.

After Bryce Harper, AJ Pollock has been the free agent outfielder mentioned most. He is a career .281 hitter who averages 19 home runs, 67 rbi, 26 stolen bases and an above-average defender. He has also spent his entire career in Arizona up to this point.
The Dodgers will now have an outfield featuring Pollock, Chris Taylor, Joc Pederson, Enrique Hernandez, Andrew Toles and Cody Bellinger or Max Muncy should they feel the need to play them there. This brings into question where they plan on playing everyone. Also does top prospect Alex Verdugo becomes more available than he has been all offseason in trades?
While he is not Harper, it seems as though the Dodgers have gotten their second best option. This comes after clearing some room in the already crowded outfield by trading Yasiel Puig and Matt Kemp to the Cincinnati Reds earlier this offseason.
Rumors are that the Dodgers are now focused on trying to trade for J.T. Realmuto to continue bolstering their lineup.
