Worlds 2024 is getting closer to the end with every passing day. See which teams are in the final stretch competing to take home the Summoner’s Cup in the Worlds 2024 Semifinals, and find out who made it far enough to enter the semifinals portion of the knockout stage bracket. Bracket & Schedule
The semifinals portion of Worlds 2024 consists of four teams playing in single-elimination best of 5 games. The absolute best of the best have fought hard the entire season and Worlds tournament to end up in this position. The qualifying teams are as follows:
T1 vs GenG – T1 Win, 3-1
Bilibili Gaming vs Weibo Gaming – Bilibili Gaming win, 3-0
The games take place on October 26th and 27th. BiliBili Gaming vs. Weibo Gaming will take place on October 26th at 5:00 a.m. PT, whereas T1 will play GenG on October 27th at 5:00 a.m. PT.
Bilibili Gaming vs Weibo Gaming
The Bilibili vs Weibo game consists of two of the best teams that China has to offer. This game will be a rematch of the 2023 Worlds semifinals, where Weibo Gaming narrowly overcame Bilibili Gaming in a neck-and-neck extremely close game 5 of a close series. Bilibili is returning for revenge this time, being the LPL’s first seed in the 2024 Worlds Tournament.
T1 vs GenG
On the other side of the semifinals, the two titans of the LCK are competing to see who will make it to the worlds finals in 2025. GenG, after narrowly knocking out NA’s last hope, FlyQuest, now finds themselves facing the legendary T1 team in a battle of the best players in the LCK. Although GenG has infamously been able to take games out of T1, they are going to have to lock in for this game to prove to the world, and themselves, that they are world champions by taking out the T1 team that never fails to perform on the big stage.
