Another League of Legends patch update has arrived — providing gameplay updates attempting to stabilize and balance the current meta. Included in these League of Legends patch notes are champion updates, Aram changes, and even minor item balancing as well.

And though the new champion, Briar, has been marketed by Riot to release in the future, she is not arriving in the newest patch. In other words, she releases at another date and time outside of the League of Legends patch 13.17 cycle.
What’s changing in League of Legends patch notes 13.17?
Lux mid buffed
Riot is attempting to bring Mid Lux back into relevancy, while remaining cautious of the implications updating the champion has on the support role. They’re increasing her overall AP damage scaling, while decreasing her mana regeneration, which is a key attribute for support.
Naafiri nerfed
The doggo assassin champion took a well deserved hit to her base stats, decreasing her survivability. This thereby increases her weakness of being squishy. She also received overall damage nerfs to many of her significant abilities.
