According to sources, Dignitas will be keeping Spawn on their 2023 LCS Roster. This comes after rumors of Armut, Jensen, IgNar and Santorin joining the team. Here is the latest on the move and what it means for Spawn and Dignitas.

Spawn has been a player that has been working to get to the LCS for a very long time. They started back in 2018 and were on two of the biggest Amateur orgs of all time in Zenith Esports and Supernova. Both have had many different LCS pros come through their systems.
Then in 2022 Summer, Spawn was given his opportunity and played well but seemed to be a bit risk-averse. On this team, that may not be much of an issue as Dignitas are clearly putting in much more money and effort than many would have initially thought.
This roster is mostly full of veteran players with Spawn being the exception. While he is 24 years old he only has about half a split under his belt.
Regardless, this is a team that looks to be much strong than many would have anticipated. If the rumored roster comes together, this would be the first fully known roster in the LCS. That would make Dignitas one of the first big movers of the LCS since their return a few years ago.
As more rosters start to come into focus, it will be interesting to see where Dignitas stacks. Could they be a top-tier team? Or will they struggle to get out of the middle of the pack?
