A New Partnership
Esports and lifestyle brand 100 Thieves announced a partnership with Chipotle earlier this week. Run by former professional pro gamer Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, 100 Thieves have made a name for themselves by being more than just a company that appeals to the video game market.
Since its inception, 100T has been a brand known for illustrious style and standout quirks. While other organizations have been around for some time, how many have the real-world respect that Haag’s brand carries?
Invested and backed by Scooter Braun, Dan Gilbert, and Drake, the organization has much support.
Chipotle joins a lineup of brands that include Totino’s, Redbull, CashApp and Rocket Mortgage, to name a few of national fame. Other esports organizations do have partnerships with familiar companies within the industry such as Corsair and Alienware.
Only a select few have professional relationships with more “real-world” brands, such as Team Liquid with Honda/Jersey Mike’s. With this partnership, 100 Thieves grow and step out even further into the everyday scene, while Chipotle advertises to a new audience.
Hopefully, for fans of both burritos and button-mashing, this pairing is one to last.
