MLB The Show 22 Release Date

Another year and another installment of the best-selling baseball game in the world, MLB The Show. MLB The Show 22 is bringing with it new features, new legends and much more as many hope this will be the best one in the series yet. Fans are probably wondering with the MLB season finally getting underway, what is the MLB The Show 22 Release Date?

One of the major additions to MLB The Show 22 is the number of systems that it will be available on. For years, baseball fans could only play MLB The Show on Playstation. Then San Diego Studio worked out a new deal bringing MLB The Show 21 to Xbox. Now with MLB The Show 22, the game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and the Nintendo Switch. This means more baseball for more fans, everywhere.

San Diego Studio also committed to adding more to franchise mode after years of neglect. The added stadium builder in the past but it was only for the newer systems and had many issues for many fans. This year they added better Trade Logic for the CPU, Contract Improvements, 2-Way Players, more accurate Free Agency during the Offseason, better Roster Logic and more. Fans of the series will definitely notice these additions.

As for the MLB The Show 22 Release Date, fans will be happy to know that it is not a joke but, the release date will be April 1, 2022 if they pre-order either the MVP of Deluxe edition. For the Standard Edition they will need to wait until April 5, 2022.
