Fire Emblem Engage has finally arrived. While not being received as well as Three-Houses, many believe that some of the core game mechanics help what is a more average story. Luckily there is still a lot to do in the game including seeing heroes from the past and interacting with the many playable characters in the game. One that has caught the attention of many players is not a playable character at all but one that players will still see a lot. Sommie, the dog-looking friend on the Somniel is there to be cute and give players some much-needed rewards. Here are the Fire Emblem Engage Sommie Feed Preferences.

During a players time on the Somniel, they will encounter a very blue and very cute dog-looking animal. Sommie is unlocked after Chapter 6, which is still pretty early on in the game. He is the guardian spirit of the Somniel which is where the player can interact with all of the different characters on their team in-between battles. Once Sommie is unlocked there are a few things that players can do with him.
The first is that they can dress him up. While not everyone will care about this, there are some who will want to make sure he is as cute as possible. The second is that they can pet him. He will drop Bond Fragments and occasionally Spirit Gems. The third way to get him to drop rewards is to feed him. The thing is, there are some items and food that Sommie likes better than others. Here is a list of what to feed him and also what not to feed him.
Do Not Feed
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Onions
