The 2024-25 NFL season has been extremely entertaining! The fantasy landscape has already changed since the preseason due to breakout players and major injuries across the league. Bye weeks are starting to take place. This means that quarterbacks like Malik Nabers and Mike Evans will be out this week. On top of that injuries have started to mount up at this point of the season. It is always a great idea to evaluate backup options so that way fantasy managers are prepared if star players miss time. Here are the fantasy football week 11 wide receiver rankings.
[Ratings are subject to change due to injury reports or possible move to Injured Reserve List]
[Check out the section below for details on players already rumored to possibly miss this week and how their replacement options rank for the week]
Key:
Must Start- a player who is in your lineup regardless of the matchup or most circumstances. They will likely finish near the top of the league in points that week and in most weeks.
Starting WR1- a player who makes fantasy owners comfortable starting week after week. Regardless of the matchup, this player has a high floor.
High WR2- a player who may not be likely to carry a lineup that week, but has the ability to have a breakout game and is teetering between WR1 and WR2 territory.
Starting WR2- a player who should be started in most lineups and should reach their point projection. This player is started because of their consistency and moderately high floor
Low WR2- a player who may not be a lock to start for a team every week, but will start more times than not. Their production may not be pretty or win a person their lineup but the production is consistent enough to make a fantasy owner comfortable starting them.
Flex- a player who could float around the territory of being benched, but is started due to the potential to play better than their point projection. However, this player has the potential to flop and cause a fantasy team to lose if he has a bad game.
Deeper League Flex- a player who has starting value in deeper leagues. There are enough reasons to leave this player on the bench, but their upside makes them an attractive option. Desperate times may call for a player like this to be inserted into starting lineups.
Upside Player- a player who is boom or bust. This player can exceed expectations in a given week or could flop and be the reason why someone lost their fantasy matchup.
Leave on the Bench- a player who should be avoided in all lineups that week. Many times this player could even be left on waivers.

Possible Changes that can occur before Sunday
WR4 Nico Collins, Houston Texans
Nico Collins was activated off Injured Reserve last week. Collins missed the past five games because of a hamstring injury. He was limited in practice on Thursday because of his hamstring injury. If Collins misses Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys Tank Dell moves up to WR25 between DeAndre Hopkins and Darnell Mooney. John Metchie III becomes WR50 between Rashod Bateman and Rome Odunze.
WR13 Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins
Tyreek Hill was limited in practice on Thursday with a wrist injury. He played through this injury that surfaced late last week. If Hill misses Week 11 against the Las Vegas Raiders Jaylen Waddle moves up to WR25 between DeAndre Hopkins and Darnell Mooney.
WR14 Davante Adams, New York Jets
Davante Adams has been dealing with a hamstring injury. He is expected to continue playing through the injury. If Adams misses Week 11 Malachi Corley would become WR50 between Rashod Bateman and Rome Odunze.
WR18 Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals
Tee Higgins has missed the past three games because of a quad injury. He was limited in practice Thursday because of the injury. If Higgins misses Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers Andrei Iosivas becomes WR64 between Alec Pierce and Josh Palmer.
WR26 Darnell Mooney, Atlanta Falcons
Darnell Mooney was limited in practice on Thursday due to an Achilles injury. It is unclear if this injury will cause Mooney to miss time. If Mooney misses Week 11 against the Denver Broncos Ray-Ray McCloud moves up to WR42 between Jaylen Waddle and Xavier Worthy.
WR32 Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers
Jauan Jennings was limited in practice Thursday with an ankle injury. He has been dealing with this injury for a few weeks. If Jennings misses Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks Ricky Pearsall moves up to WR30 between Jakobi Meyers and Jerry Jeudy.
WR36 Amari Cooper, Buffalo Bills
Amari Cooper has missed the past two games with a wrist injury. The injury caused him to be limited in practice on Thursday. If Cooper misses Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs Mack Hollins moves up to WR39 between Jameson Williams and Demario “Pop” Douglas.
Jacksonville Jaguars Wide Receivers: WR38 Brian Thomas Jr. & WR53 Gabe Davis
Brian Thomas Jr. was limited in practice on Thursday with a chest injury injury. Gabe Davis was limited on Thursday with a shoulder injury. If both Thomas Jr. and Davis miss Week 11 against the Detroit Lions Parker Washington becomes WR40 between Demario “Pop” Douglas and Romeo Doubs.
If Thomas Jr. plays in Week 11 against the Detroit Lions and Davis is inactive, Parker Washington becomes WR57 between Devaughn Vele and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
If Davis plays in Week 11 against the Detroit Lions and Thomas Jr. is inactive, Washington becomes WR57 between Devaughn Vele and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
Players that are currently not expected to play
Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints
Chris Olave suffered a concussion two weeks ago against the Carolina Panthers. This is Olave’s second concussion suffered this season. He has suffered four since entering the league in 2021. Olave has five recorded concussions since 2020 including his time at Ohio State. There is a legitimate chance that Olave misses extended time to recover from this concussion. New Orleans’ playoff hopes are practically over at the point making their long-term goals more important than winning short-term. While Olave is out Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Mason Tipton, and Cedrick Wilson Jr. will be the top receivers for New Orleans.
Keon Coleman, Buffalo Bills
Keon Coleman missed last week’s game against the Indianapolis Colts with a wrist injury. He has been ruled out for this week’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Coleman could miss extended time with the injury. Since Amari Cooper is also dealing with an injury Khalil Shakir is expected to be Buffalo’s top receiver while Coleman is out.
