One of the biggest games of 2023 is Starfield. This is mainly because it is the next big IP from Fallout and Elder Scrolls studio Bethesda. Add onto this that it is what No Man’s Sky promised and it feels a bit like a space version of Fallout and people are excited to say the least. But plenty of players are going to have questions about the game that need answers. One very basic one, is Starfield available on PlayStation?

Any game made by Bethesda, especially the major IPs, will be massive games. Starfield is certainly no different as it will boast over 1,000 different planets of varying biomes, creatures and much more.
The story looks like it will be an interesting one as the player character will have many choices for their route. Will they want to help the galaxy, forge out as a lone wolf or be a part of the treasure-hunting group that they start with? Regardless of one’s choice, the game will certainly have many paths that are specifically decided on by the player with consequences for their actions as well.
During all of this, players will be able to search the stars for minerals, pirates and many other adventures. The space combat and ability to make one’s own ship should allow for players to express themselves in a much more interesting way. Whether that be making a massive cargo ship or just a small but fast fighter. No matter what players choose, they will be able to have plenty of fun doing so.
Starfield on PlayStation 5?
Unfortunately, Starfield will not be available on PlayStation anytime soon. Bethesda was bought by Microsoft for the sole purpose of creative games specifically for Xbox and PC users. While there may be a way around this by modding one’s PlayStation 5, there are no direct and legal ways to play the game on that system.
